Welcome

One of the things I love about art is expression and communication. I love being able to capture a moment in time and share with others a glimpse of what I saw in that moment, or to be able to create an image that invokes an emotional response in the viewer. When I create art it is not just for me, it is a communication or conversation I am having with the viewer. Photography has become my way to have this conversation, whether in the form of straight photographs or used as a tool in creating other forms of imagery, photography has become my voice. So this blog is my conversation with you. What am I saying to you?

Black-On-Black

Photographing black-on-black can be a very tricky task. Trying to create a separation from the background can prove a little difficult. This was my attempt. How'd I do?

Sports
